Sometimes it feels
like life just gets too hard,
too messy
to make sense of it all.
There are times
where all you can do
is to simply let go and move on
gather courage together
and choose a direction
that carries you toward a new dawn

We can't change yesterday,
but, we do have the power
to make today a wonderful day
and to fill our tomorrows
with hope

So keep putting one foot
in front of the other
and taking your life
day by day.

I may not be able to find
the right words, or say
the right things,
