Out of the Mouths of Babes

Today my 20 year old son made what I thought was a brilliant suggestion.

Considering the situation in Iraq is getting worse by the day, and things on the homefront are in such a mess, the Republicans should let Bush be impeached, have Cheney step in and hold down the fort untill the Republican Convention in September. Then he will decline his party's nomination (for health reasons of course). Thereby the Republicans can nominate John McCain for the Republican Presidential nominee. They would win by a landslide in Novemeber! We all know that the man we really want is McCain anyway.
Is that boy a chip off the old block or what?
