A Bad Night in Podunt

My son lost two friends last night. One was a young man who has suffered from Cystic Fibrosis, and had to have a lung replaced. He passed away last night at our local hospital sometime around 8 pm. He and Robby had been friends since they were young teenagers. He and Kasey were also friends.
Then late last night ( around midnight) a friend and co-worker, who was a Deputy Sheriff was killed in a head on collision. Robby has been working at the county jail as an intake officer and had just done a prisoner intake with the young man. He was on his way back out to safe guard our highways.
